How On-Demand Training Works
With on-demand training, you will enjoy flexibility and convenience. Here's how our program works:
General Information
- You will have access to the on-demand training material any 2 weeks during the 12 months following your purchase
- You will received confirmation of your purchase from trainingcoordinator@enterprisedb.com
- You will be asked to reply to that confirmation email with your desired start date.
- Once we have received your start date, we will send you your training access information within 1 business day
- Make sure that you confirm your start date a minimum of 1 business day prior
Accessing the on-demand training
- On the start date, login in with the access information that you received
- The course will be available to you for 2 weeks = 14 consecutive calendar days
- During that time, you can go through it an unlimited number of times
- You can stop the video at any time. However, when you resume, you will be taken to the beginning of the video, so remember to make a note of your location. Our on-demand courses are modular, making it easier to track your location
Included in our on-demand courses
- A flash video of the course recording
- A soft copy of the course material yours to keep and review anytime
- Training completion e-Certificate
- An attempt to pass the Certification Exam* at no extra cost, if your chosen course includes an exam
- A Question & Answer (Q&A)* session with our lead trainer to help clarify any areas of the training. The availability and duration of the Q&A is different for each course
- Q&A sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis. If applicable, you will receive confirmation of date and time once you start your training. You will need to confirm your attendance in order to receive the access information
*Certification Exam & QA session will not be offered complimentary on any trainings purchased during discount offers.
Certificate and Exam
- You will receive a Training Completion e-Certificate on the last day of your 2 weeks training
- If your on-demand training includes an exam, you will receive the access details for that exam
- You can take the exam anytime within 2 months of receiving your access information
