EnterpriseDB Raises $10 Million in Series C Financing
IBM Joins Existing Investors Fidelity Ventures, Charles River Ventures, and Valhalla Partners
SAN FRANCISCO, OPEN SOURCE BUSINESS CONFERENCE, Mar. 25, 2008 - Today at the Open Source Business Conference, EnterpriseDB announced that it has closed a $10 million round of Series C venture capital financing. The investors included Charles River Ventures, Fidelity Ventures, Valhalla Partners and IBM (NYSE: IBM). To date, EnterpriseDB has raised a total of $37.5 million. The new funds will be used to continue development of the company's award-winning PostgreSQL-based databases.
