EnterpriseDB Learning Credits
EnterpriseDB has designed Learning Credits as a way to simplify training procurement, enabling customers to:
- Plan and budget for organizational training needs
- Manage, forecast and track training costs
- Quickly meet new or last-minute training requirements without having to issue new purchase orders
- Take advantage of built-in volume discounts
Discounts for Learning Credits are an excellent way to reduce your organization's overall training costs as they eliminate the need to allocate funds for training on an ad hoc basis. You can apply them to classroom, interactive online and on-demand training sessions.
Learning Credits
- Learning Credits are sold in packs of 12, 24, 36 and 48
- For higher volume discounts, contact sales@enterprisedb.com
- 1 credit point is equal to 1 training day or 1 attempt at passing a certification exam
Note that certification exams are subject to pre-requisites.

Terms and Conditions
- Credits are valid for one year (365 days) from the date the sales order is received by EnterpriseDB
- Customers are required to assign a single Point of Contact, to be registered on the EnterpriseDB Training Portal, for all communications pertaining to Learning Credits
- Payment for Learning Credits is due upon ordering
- Extensions are not available however remaining valid credit points can be rolled into a new Learning Credit purchase
- Once purchased, Learning Credits are non-refundable
- EnterpriseDB reserves the right to cancel a published training with a 1-day notice prior to the start of the training
- Learning credits from multiple contracts can be combined to achieve the required number of credits for the desired training
- On-demand training is available as a flash video for two weeks after the initial viewing
- Online course material is provided to all students participating in the on-demand training
How to Redeem Learning Credits
- Learning Credits are available to redeem as soon as EnterpriseDB acknowledges customer order and payment
- Request to join a training session must be made at least 2 days prior to the start of the training via email to trainingcoordinator@enterprisedb.com
