Kevin Grittner has over 40 years experience in the computer industry and managed his own consulting firm for 26 years. Prior to joining EntepriseDB as database architect, Grittner spent six years as a database administrator for the Wisconsin State Courts. Some of his recent work includes being a project committer and development of Serializable Snapshot Isolation (SSI) for PostgreSQL.
Korry Douglas is a Senior Database Architect at EnterpriseDB and author of PostgreSQL, published by Sams, which details the internals of the PostgreSQL database. He has worked with many different database products (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSQL) giving him a broad understanding of the commonalities of, and differences between, databases. Korry's main contributions to the PostreSQL project are in the areas of procedural language debuggers, profilers, and plugin support.
