EnterpriseDB Technical Support

Subscription-based technical support plans are bundled with every EnterpriseDB software license. Depending on the subscription plan purchased, EnterpriseDB support engineers are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There are four ways to get help:

  1. Review the product documentation, available here
  2. Participate in the EnterpriseDB forums, which are monitored actively by both EnterpriseDB employees and the EnterpriseDB community
