Including but not limited to: For EDB software including but not limited to: EDB Postgres Advanced Server, EDB Postgres Enterprise Manager, EDB Postgres Failover Manager, EDB Postgres Backup and Recovery, EDB Postgres Replication Server, EDB Postgres Data Adapters, EDB Postgres XA Connector, EDB Postgres Migration Toolkit, Update Monitor, StackBuilder Plus, EDB Ark, Postgres Plus Cloud Database...
- If you download the software you agree to be bound by this Limited Use License.
- If you purchase an EDB Postgres Enterprise, EDB Postgres Standard, or EDB Postgres Developer subscription; you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB Subscription, Support, and Services Agreement.
- If you purchase a Postgres Plus Cloud Database subscription, you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB Cloud Services Agreement.
For PostgreSQL software:
- If you download the software you understand the distribution contains third party open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's open source license.
- You understand that StackBuilder Plus and StackBuilder may contain both open source and non-open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's respective license if you decide to install the program.
- If you purchase an EDB Postgres Standard subscription you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB Subscription, Support, and Services Agreement.
For Packaged Services, Professional Services or Training Products:
- If you purchase any EnterpriseDB packaged services (e.g. Architectural Health Check, Remote DBA, High Availability Setup with RHCS, Migration Assessment, etc.) or Custom Professional Services or Training products, you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB Subscription, Support, and Services Agreement and the Statement(s) Of Work (SOW) included on your EnterpriseDB Order Form.
