2.1.31 /owners/name/clusters
Use the /owners/name/clusters resource to retrieve cluster details about all of the clusters that reside within the specified role or group to create a new cluster.
An administrative user can use a POST request that does not include a value in the templateName field; if you are a Template Only user, you must include a value for templateName. If the request includes a template name, the template specified must reside in the current role or group.
If you do not include the networkSecuritySettings parameter when creating or cloning a cluster, a default rule that allows access to port 9999 to all users will be added. A non-administrative user may not add a security rule that opens port 22 for ssh connections.
Note that fromCluster refers to the clusterUuid of the source cluster, and is not a value stored after this call.
To create a cluster from a backup, pass in the same fields, but specify fromBackup instead of fromCluster, and pass in the backup identifier:

During backup restoration Ark has encountered an error with recoveryPoint parameter formatting, or the specified time precedes the timestamp of the backup.
The specified database engine can't be found or a DbEngine parameter isn't specified.
The new node will reside in the same region as the master node (specified with fromCluster). You can use a template to specify the VPC Id of the node.
