Access to the customer portal will be unavailable to customers during this time. For customers of both Remote DBA and Technical Support, you can continue to reach us via email and phone. Any cases or tasks will continue to be updated during this period and will be accessible once the maintenance period concludes.
Access to the CDS portal will be unavailable during this time. All database clusters provisioned by CDS will remain in normal operation during this window.
Access to the training portal will be unavailable during this window.
Accessing EDB Support remains available by email and phone during the maintenance window.
