Zahid Iqbal is VP, Replication and Migration Tools at EDB, focusing on the design and development of Distributed applications using Java/JEE, Migration and Replication solutions for relational databases. Previously, he led the design and development of an Object to relational (O/R) mapping and code generation tool TierDeveloper at Diyatech Corporation aka Alachisoft.

In his current role, he is leading the development and maintenance of key migration and replication solutions that include Migration Toolkit, Migration Portal and EDB Replication Server. All these tools have played an important role to enable and facilitate the migration journey from Oracle/SQL Server to EPAS for many big accounts.

He formerly played cricket and enjoys watching it in his free time.
