- If you download EDB proprietary software for evaluation purposes, you agree to be bound by this Limited Use License.
- If you purchase an Enterprise+, Enterprise, Standard, or Community subscription plan, you agree to be bound by the location specific agreement shown below:
- Australia: EnterpriseDB Australia PTY Limited Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- India: EnterpriseDB Software India Pvt Limited Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- Italy: 2ndQuadrant Italia SRL Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- Japan: EnterpriseDB KK Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- Netherlands: EnterpriseDB B.V. Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- Singapore: EnterpriseDB PTE Ltd Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- Spain: EnterpriseDB S.R.L Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- United Kingdom: EnterpriseDB UK Limited Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- United States of America: EnterpriseDB Corporation Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- Other Countries not listed above: EnterpriseDB Corporation Subscription, Services and Support Agreement
- If you download the open source software provided by EDB, you understand the distribution contains third party open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's open source license.
For Packaged Services, Professional Services or Training Products:
- If you purchase any EnterpriseDB packaged service(s) or Packaged Training product(s), you agree to be bound by a location specific EnterpriseDB Subscription, Support, and Services Agreement, as set forth above, EnterpriseDB Packaged Services Deliverables, Terms and Conditions, and the Training Overview and Customer Set-Up Requirements.
