• If you purchase a Developer or Jump Start Subscription, you agree to be bound by this Limited Use License and these Subscription Terms and Conditions.
• If you purchase a Premium or Basic Software Subscription you agree to be bound by this Full Use License and these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

For the software: PostgreSQL...

• If you download the software you understand the distribution contains third party open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's open source license.
• You understand that StackBuilder Plus and StackBuilder may contain both open source and non-open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's respective license if you decide to install the program.
• If you purchase a Premium, Basic, Developer, or Jump Start Subscription you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

For Packaged Services, Professional Services or Training...

• If you purchase any EnterpriseDB packaged services (e.g. Architectural Health Check) or Custom Professional Services or On-Site Training, you agree to be bound by these Services Terms and Conditions and the Statement(s) Of Work (SOW) included on your EnterpriseDB Order Form.
