• If you purchase a Developer Subscription, you agree to be bound by this Limited Use License and these Subscription Terms and Conditions.
• If you purchase a Premium or Basic Software Subscription you agree to be bound by this Full Use License and these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

For the software: PostgreSQL...

• If you download the software you understand the distribution contains third party open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's open source license.
• You understand that StackBuilder Plus and StackBuilder may contain both open source and non-open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's respective license if you decide to install the program.
• If you purchase a Premium, Basic, or Developer Subscription you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms and Conditions.

For Packaged Services, Professional Services or Training Products...

• If you purchase any EnterpriseDB packaged services (e.g. Architectural Health Check, Remote DBA, etc.) or Custom Professional Services or Training products, you agree to be bound by these Services Terms and Conditions and the Statement(s) Of Work (SOW) included on your EnterpriseDB Order Form.
