- If you download the software for evaluation purposes you agree to be bound by this Limited Use License.
- If you purchase an Enterprise Plan, Standard Plan, Community Plan, or a la carte subscription; you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB Subscription, Support, and Services Agreement.
- You understand that StackBuilder Plus may contain both open source and non-open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's respective license if you decide to install the program.
For PostgreSQL software:
- If you download the community PostgreSQL software you understand the distribution contains third party open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's open source license.
- If you purchase an EDB PostgreSQL Technical Support subscription; you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB PostgreSQL Technical Support and Services Agreement.
- You understand that StackBuilder may contain both open source and non-open source software programs and you agree to be bound by each program's respective license if you decide to install the program.
For Packaged Services, Professional Services or Training Products:
- If you purchase any EnterpriseDB packaged service(s) (e.g. Architectural Health Check, Remote DBA, Migration Assessment, etc.) or Packaged Training product(s), you agree to be bound by this EnterpriseDB Subscription, Support, and Services Agreement, EnterpriseDB Packaged Services Deliverables, Terms and Conditions, and the Training Overview and Customer Set-Up Requirements.
