EnterpriseDB Partner Program Agreement Choice of Law and Venue for Partners
Choice of law and venue. The EnterpriseDB Partner Program Agreement shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction based on Partner’s domicile pursuant to the table below:

*Without regard to local choice of law provisions, the U.N. Convention on the International Sale of Goods, or the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act. In the event the EDB servicing entity is other than identified in this table for a particular transaction, choice of law and venue will continue to be controlled by the Partner’s domicile.
