Tom Stiling to Lead Sales and Field Operations; Bruce Katz to Head Finance
EDISON, N.J., Nov. 18, 2005 EnterpriseDB Corp., an enterprise database company, announced today that Tom Stiling has joined the company as senior vice president, sales and field operations, and that Bruce Katz has joined the company as vice president, finance. Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Tom Stiling was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Curl Corp., an enterprise software company. Before that, he was general manager of worldwide sales and operations for Hewlett Packard's Middleware Division. Stiling also served at Bluestone Software, Inc. as senior vice president and general manager of North and South American sales and worldwide sales operations. Previously, Stiling was vice president, worldwide sales operations and human resources, of Seer Technologies, Inc., a software development company, and the founder and chief executive officer of ORCA Technologies, Inc., a technical consulting firm.
Bruce Katz was previously senior vice president of finance at Foxtons North America, where he was responsible for the company's financial, administrative and human resources functions. Prior to that, he was senior director of finance of Cendant Corp., the world's largest real estate franchisor. Katz has also held financial roles at Arthur Andersen and Merrill Lynch & Co.
