Paul Lucchese is Vice President and General Counsel of EDB. He oversees worldwide legal affairs and EDB’s corporate policies and business practices. Paul has more than two decades of legal and corporate experience. Prior to joining EDB, Paul held the General Counsel position at Aternity. Before that, Paul was founder of Outsourced General Counsel, where he provided outsourced general counsel services to several worldwide technology companies. His prior technology company posts include four years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at publicly traded Candela Corp., where he also managed human resources. Paul also spent 12 years as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Aspect Software, which also was publicly traded until the leadership, which included Paul, took the company private in 2000. He received his JD from the University of Dayton School of Law, his MBA from Suffolk University, and a BA in political science from Providence College.
