Theresa is Vice President, Customer Success at EnterpriseDB. She has launched and grown Customer Success organizations focused on customer adoption, retention, growth, and referenceability at a variety of technology companies.

Prior to EnterpriseDB, her experience ranged from small to mid-size companies such as Unica, VisualIQ and True Fit, to large-scale corporations including IBM and Neilsen.  Her global Customer Success teams focus on helping customers by understanding their complex business problems and how company products and technology can be applied to solve them.
